By using The 99¢ Community products (NFL Picks, NHL Picks, NFL Picks, Tennis Picks), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

Our tools generate digital assets for personal and commercial use. You own the output you create. We retain no rights to your generated content. You may use generated assets (brand kits, websites, etc.) for any lawful purpose, including commercial projects.

Intellectual Property

The 99¢ Community platform, including its design, code, algorithms, templates, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

• •Your content: You retain full ownership of all outputs generated using our tools.
• •Our platform: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our platform or its source code.
• •Templates: Website templates are licensed for use in your projects. You may not resell or redistribute templates themselves.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• •Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• •Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt our platform or infrastructure
• •Resell or redistribute our tools or platform access
• •Use automated systems to abuse our APIs or rate limits

Payments

All payments are one-time and processed securely through Stripe. Prices are as listed on each product page. There are no hidden fees or subscriptions. Prices may change for future purchases, but existing purchases are honored at the price paid.

Refunds

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we'll work to make it right. Due to the digital nature of our products, refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these terms. You may stop using our services at any time. One-time purchases remain accessible after termination, as there is no account or subscription to cancel. Generated content you have already downloaded remains yours.

Limitation of Liability

Our tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to deliver high-quality results but cannot guarantee fitness for every specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The 99¢ Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. You agree that any legal action shall be filed in the courts of the state where the company is headquartered.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
